The LTA ’s vision is ‘Tennis Opened Up’ and its mission is the transform communities through tennis by making it welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone. We have a similar approach to developing and promoting padel, one of the fastest growing sports in Britain.
The Competitions Team oversees the planning, governance and delivery of competition activity across Britain, supporting national, regional, county and local competitions. The team works closely with organisers, leagues, volunteers and partners to deliver high-quality competition experiences, alongside overseeing ratings and rankings, competition systems and key operational processes.
This role plays a key part in delivering the LTA Competition Plan, leading support for County Competition Leads, Competition Organisers and League Organisers. The primary focus is to ensure effective competition operations, build workforce capability and provide excellent support across the competition network.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, the role will drive operational excellence, oversee key competition administration processes and identify opportunities to improve the delivery and sustainability of competitions across Britain.
Please note you will require the RTW in the UK to apply for this role and live within commutable distance of the National Tennis Centre.
