About The Role

The LTA ’s vision is ‘Tennis Opened Up’ and its mission is the transform communities through tennis by making it welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone. We have a similar approach to developing and promoting padel, one of the fastest growing sports in Britain. 

On average, the LTA engages with circa 780 Provision of Services (POS) contractors each year and from 2027 we will see this workforce grow to circa 1,500 estimating an average workforce cost of 4.5 million. To support with the growth of this workforce, a dedicated role has been identified to support the Recruitment and Onboarding team on a temporary basis to manage the compliance, engagement, tracking and data analytics.

The POS Workforce Compliance Coordinator role will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance, compliance, administration, and management of all Provision of Service (POS) contractor engagements across our business. The role acts as the primary point of contact for contractor compliance activities, ensuring all contractor engagements meet company policy, regulatory requirements, IR35 legislation, right-to-work obligations, safeguarding standards and procurement controls.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a detailed individual, who is happy to work at pace, detailed, tech savvy, with autonomy and to get hands on experience within a complex workforce, led by our Recruitment and Onboarding Manager. This role is for a fixed term basis and will be expected to cover the following:

October – December 2026

  • Support with the expansion of the RTW regime in October 2026 and conduct circa 1400 RTW checks via our new digital RTW platform, Trust ID
  • Support with the contractor engagement of all POS contractors, including contracts being issued, IR35 and DBS checks being conducted before 2027 engagement
  • Support with the continuation of tracking and management of the workforce

January – March 2027

  • Continuation of the above, plus support with the implementation project to move the compliance management of this workforce into a dedicated HR platform, supporting with discovery sessions and UAT testing
