The LTA is looking to recruit an internationally experienced and highly reputable Performance Advisor to support junior player development within training environments in the National Performance and International Junior stages of the Player Pathway.

Purpose: To support the LTA Player Pathway in developing junior players are ready to advance to the Pro Transition stage of the Player Pathway by aged 18.
Role: Providing performance advice to training environments in the National Performance and International Junior stages of the Player Pathway.
Duties: To provide performance advice through:
- onsite visits
- on-court coaching
- coach education
- parent engagement
- virtual support to coaches
- feedback and recommendations
- attendance at LTA Performance Advisor training days.
Number of days: 75 (This includes travel days and factors in virtual support to Head Coaches through an open line of communication).
Rate: Competitive daily rate plus relevant expenses
Individual qualities:
- Internationally experienced coach with the highest level of ATP, WTA experience.
- Track record of player development of both male and female players.
- Strong international reputation within player development.
- Evidenced experience of supporting coaches and training environments.
- Experience of academy environments both in the UK and overseas.
