The Lexus Birmingham Open is held at the Edgbaston Priory Club is a WTA 125 event. The Lexus Birmingham Open has become a major source of inspiration for tennis lovers, a testing ground for athletes, and a badge of pride for the Edgbaston Priory Club in the place where lawn tennis began.
About the Role
As a Ticket Support Operator, you’ll assist in all aspects of on-site day-to-day operation of the Ticketing Team. You will provide a customer-friendly ticket experience for all tennis fans attending our grass court events. You will be an innovative problem solver with strong communication and collaboration skills. Exceptional attention to detail and task management capabilities are essential to ensure the customer receives exceptional service.

The advertisement window for this role is from Friday 21st March – Friday 3rd April. The Recruitment & Onboarding team will review your application and confirm as to whether you will be invited to our compulsory assessment day, held at Nottingham Tennis Centre, University Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 2QH on Thursday 24th April at 09:00 – 17:00. Further information will be provided to those invited to the assessment centre. Following the assessment centre, you will be contacted by our Recruitment & Onboarding team to confirm if you have been successful in your application. From there, you will be invited to our Ticketing system online training sessions, which are mandatory and likely to take place on Tuesday 6th May and/or Wednesday 7th May.

Payment
- You will be paid via a timesheet method, and you will be required to log your hours, and this will be checked and approved by your line manager
- Hours worked in May will be paid on June 20th
- Hours worked in June will be paid on July 20th
- Payment will be made by credit transfer direct to their bank or building society
