About the Tournament - HSBC Championships
The HSBC Championships is one of the longest-running tennis tournaments on the ATP World Tour. With more than a century of history and a roll of honour that features the names Rod Laver, John McEnroe, Boris Becker, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray and Carlos Alcaraz, it is the jewel in the crown of the grass court season in the lead-up to Wimbledon. This season will see the return of a tour level women’s event in London for the first time in over 50 years, as The Queen’s Club plays host to a high-profile WTA 500 event.
About the Role
As a Ticket Support Manager, you’ll assist in all aspects of on-site day-to-day operations for the Ticketing and Events Team.
You will lead from the front championing our grass court events and on-site ticket operations. You will provide a customer-friendly ticket experience for all tennis fans attending our grass court events. You will be an innovative problem solver with strong communication and collaboration skills. Exceptional attention to detail and task management capabilities are essential to ensure the customer receives exceptional service.

The Recruitment & Onboarding team will review your application and confirm as to whether you will be invited to our compulsory assessment day, held at The National Tennis Centre 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London, SW15 5JQ on Friday 25th April at 09:00 – 17:00. Further information will be provided to those invited to the assessment centre. Following the assessment centre, you will be contacted by our Recruitment & Onboarding team to confirm if you have been successful in your application. From there, you will be invited to our Ticketing system online training sessions, which are mandatory and likely to take place on Tuesday 6th May and/or Wednesday 7th May.

- Friday 13th June - Sunday 22nd June 2025 (HSBC Championships ATP 500)
Payment
- You will be paid via a timesheet method, and you will be required to log your hours, and this will be checked and approved by your line manager
- Hours worked in June will be paid on July 20th
- Payment will be made by credit transfer direct to your bank or building society
